Receive a medical card
Often, patients and their relatives need to familiarize themselves with a patient card or inpatient medical record of the patient.
In accordance with Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation Order No.425n of 29 June 2016 “The procedure for familiarization of the patient, or his legal representative, with medical documentation reflecting the patient's state of health.”
You should adhere the established rules:
To receive a copy of a patient card
- The patient (or his/her legal representative on the basis of a notarized power of attorney) applies to the registry of the Clinical – diagnostic department to the Senior Administrator from 9a.m. to 3 p.m. every weekday.
- The Senior Administrator schedules a day when the copy of the patient card will be issued (maximum waiting time – 30 days). Patient data is written in the work log.
- The patient (or his/her legal representative on the basis of a notarized power of attorney) receives a copy of the medical card on the appointed day at the reception at the CDD.
To receive a copy of an inpatient medical card
- The patient (or his/her legal representative on the basis of a notarized power of attorney) applies to the office (office building, the second floor) from 9a.m. to 1p.m., or from 1: 20p.m to 5:30 p.m. every weekday.
- The patient (or his/her legal representative on the basis of a notarized power of attorney) fills out an application addressed to the Head Physician.
- The patient (or his/her legal representative on the basis of a notarized power of attorney) awaits an official invitation letter.
Diagnostics and outpatient treatment FSBI “N.N.Petrov National Medical Research Center of Oncology“ is not included in the compulsory health insurance system; all services are paid.
