1999 – MD, General Medicine, I.I. Mechnikov North-Western State Medical University.
1999-2001 – Residency, Roentgenology, N.N. Petrov National Medical Research Center of Oncology.
2009 – PhD (Oncology, Diagnostic Radiology, Radiation Therapy); topic of dissertation: Diagnostic radiology and assessment of efficacy of current methods of treatment of osteosarcomas.
Clinical Focus:
Nuclear Medicine (SPECT-CT), Diagnosis of Bone Sarcomas and Soft Tissue Sarcomas, Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy, Scintimammography.
Since 2016 he has been a radiology expert of a multidisciplinary team on diagnosis of bone sarcomas at the N.N. Petrov National Medical Research Center of Oncology.
He is a co-author of two medical technology innovations and three inventions in the field of diagnostic radionuclide imaging of patients with malignant neoplasms of various sites.
He has published more than 50 articles in national and international journals.
Experience:
In 1999 Dr Krzhivitsky started his residency at the N.N. Petrov National Medical Research Center of Oncology.
In 2001 he joined the Department of Diagnostic Radiology to serve as an MRI and ultrasound technician.
In 2012 he was transferred to the Department of Radiation Therapy where he pursued work in the field of nuclear medicine using a new hybrid SPECT-CT system.
In 2018 he was appointed Head of a new Division of Diagnostic Radionuclide Imaging.
